12-year-old Saffy Booth decided to take on a full American BBQ this week, stopping by the shop to get her cuts sorted. 🥩

After picking up her meat and getting a bit of advice from the team behind the counter, she went straight home to get cooking.

Saffy prepped a massive 5kg brisket with a homemade rub, smoking it over apple and cherry wood chips for 15 hours. She then used Texas Rub to finish off some heavy-hitting pork belly ribs and buffalo chicken wings. 🔥

A massive thank you to Saffy for choosing Sussex Food Markets—and an even bigger thanks from the lads for bringing in the finished samples for us to try today. Spot on! 🤝
