Dear all our lovely campers who are planning on visiting us over the next few weeks, please note that we will not be allowing fires (see below) until further notice.
Current advice from The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is: 'If you manage or own a campsite where fires are typically permitted, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service strongly urges you to strictly monitor or temporarily ban open campfires, fire pits, and barbecues during periods of prolonged dry weather'.
*Note that we have made the notice below for Kingston Smallholding - this is not taken from The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service. Their advice is as quoted above.
