What makes me happiest about doing my job is hearing customers say they discovered one of my teas because a friend shared a cup with them ๐Ÿ’š
So, International Tea Day, for us at TrulyTea is a celebration of culture, connection, comfort and the millions of hands that grow and shape this timeless tradition around the world. ๐ŸตFrom morning rituals to meaningful conversations tea brings people together one sip at a time ๐Ÿซ–.

That's exactly the spirit behind TrulyTea.
Also, let this day

Let this day also be an opportunity to discover a more sustainable way to enjoy tea: loose leaf blends with no plastic, no artificial, and a more natural experience that's better for both our health and the planet.๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿƒ

Dandelion is packed with benefits. ๐Ÿ’š
It contains vit A, C, K plus iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. It works like a natural detox and supports digestion.

All parts of the plant can be used. Flowers are great for infusions or syrups; leaves can be eaten fresh in salads or cooked; roots are often roasted for making an alternative coffee or steeped into tea.๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿชพ

Although we enjoy picking up all the parts throughout the season, it would be better to
forage dandelion leaves in early spring (as they are tender and much less bitter); the flowers in mid-spring (when they are at their best) and the roots in early spring-autumn.๐Ÿ™‚

It grows abundantly everywhere, but we always forage from clean, chemical-free areas, away from roadsides or sprayed lawns.

Truly Tea visits South Korea - a visual diary! ๐ŸŒฟ

Visiting tea plantations is not just a trip or our job; it's about appreciating the world of tea. Every tea is unique because of the environment, from the air to the soil it's grown in, as well as the passion and culture of the people who nurture it. Experiencing this personally is what makes every sip truly special. ๐Ÿต

Once again my tea passion led me to a wonderful place. This organic plantation in Boseong (South Korea) is simply stunning.

Evergreen, peaceful hills covered with Camellia sinensis bushes offer a breathtaking view.

Small family farms take great care of the plants which are now releasing the new shoots.

The production here mostly consists of green teas which are refined, fresh, tender, vegetal with nutty notes.

The cloudy and foggy climate helps to develop a certain sweetness which we can appreciate as an aftertaste.
