Harry swapped the office for Scotland this week, exploring the science, technology and expertise behind potatoes. 👨‍🔬🌱

Delivered in partnership with the British Potato Trade Association, Harry took part in the second stage of the GB Potatoes ‘Potato Industry Development Programme’.

During the course, he gained valuable insight into the industry through visits to:
