Working with food and drink producers, food retailers and foodservice companies we develop supply chains and offer marketing services to the local food and drink industry. This work includes running the HEFF Delivery Service which offers a One Order, One Invoice, One Delivery service for our members delivering local produce across the heart of England region and beyond. We secure new business oppo

rtunities, offer a food hygiene and safety accreditation stanadard, run an annual food and drink awards scheme, have a press agency and retail branding service. For consumers we deliver cookery demonstrations and tutorials through the TASTE kitchen @ Origins at Shrewsbury Colleg and at the TASTE kitchen Cookery School in Sutton Coldfield. We publish a twice yearly magazine, run the Local Food Store at Shrewsbury College and operate an online shop selling only local food and drink from our 200+ members.
