The History of Shirlz Philly Cheesesteaks & American Diner started in 1955 in Leicester England by Ken Thompson when he built his first Hot Dog cart, over the years that followed we have sold Fish & Chips in Rawlins Wyoming Ice Cream in California, and Funnel Cakes in Pennsylvania & New Jersey. We now tour England with our 1950’s American Diner so when you see us at an event pop in and say Hi.
