Spicy and aromatic, the merguez pairs well with all the sauces but harissa and salsa verde is our favourite 😊

Quick love-note to the dish that’s stolen everyone’s hearts (and stomachs). Our chicken shawarma – made fresh every morning with proper marinated thighs.

Honest moment: we had zero clue how to build a vertical spit when we started. Tasted incredible from day one, but after months of obsessive tweaking… yeah, we’re quietly claiming the best shawarma in Shrewsbury crown 😉

Only chicken thighs (because flavour always wins)

Chicken Shawarma Pita 🥙

Wow! What a start to life for pita. We can’t thank everyone who had been and tried the food enough for all the support and feedback! We have been tinkering and tweaking for the last few weeks to make sure everything is exactly where we want it and from the feedback it looks like we might have got there 😊🙏

This is a bit of a homage to the joint best seller (chicken box being the other). We’ve been trying to get the right shot, any feedback as to which photo looks best? Also shoutout to for the support work on photos and legwork on the delivery bike.

Lots of new things coming over the next few weeks. We will be launching the deals part to the menu, and we will be letting Vlad loose on the specials 👌
