Lamb Merguez, made from scratch by us using Welsh lamb and our own spice blend.

Spicy and aromatic, the merguez pairs well with all the sauces but harissa and salsa verde is our favourite 😊

Chicken shawarma 🤤🤤. We make the whole thing from scratch. From making our own spice mix to marinading for 24 hours to stacking and cooking 👌 it’s all super fresh and done properly!
