Just had a quick inspection of one of the hives today. 🍯🐝

Plenty of uncapped honey coming in, some nicely capped stores already, and a healthy frame full of brood too. Everything is looking busy and progressing well – exactly what you want to see at this time of year!

🐝 Weekly Hive Check – Looking Fantastic! 🍯

Another weekly inspection completed here at Elwyn Honey – Newington Nectar, and we’re delighted with what we found.

Our colonies are looking incredibly healthy, with plenty of brood, strong laying queens and thousands of very busy bees hard at work. It’s always rewarding to see the hives thriving at this time of year, and today’s inspection certainly put a smile on our faces.

Every frame is a reminder of just how amazing honey bees are and how much teamwork goes into producing the delicious local honey we all enjoy.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our small local apiary. Your support helps us care for our bees and keep producing pure Newington honey.

🐝 Healthy bees.
🌼 Happy hives.
🍯 Beautiful local honey.
