Rainbow Cupcakes!

Vanilla cupcake with tinted buttercream. Fizzy rainbow sweets on top with Dream Topping clouds (who needs Italian meringue?!).

My first post in ages thanks to getting a job, moving house and having another bubba!

Baking and promoting nyum nyum will continue to be on the back burner for a while, but I do find the odd afternoon to try new recipes. Cookie and biscuits have been top of the agenda! My family love these chocolate and hazelnut cookies. Adapted a foolproof recipe by Nigella Lawson. I boxed some up as a token birthday present - hope the recipient liked them 🤗

Made these "Burger" minicakes for my daughter's birthday party. Someone picked one up thinking it was a geniune burger!!

Made from vanilla cake ('bun'), brownie ('burger'), desiccated green coconut ('lettuce') and red buttercream ('ketchup').
