What a week! 🍕😅
The peaks and troughs in demand have been absolutely wild lately. No matter how much planning we do, it's impossible to predict when a random Wednesday decides it's actually a Friday!
As many of you know, everything we serve is made fresh. We don't have endless stock sitting in storage, and our kitchen can only move so fast. When demand suddenly spikes, we can find ourselves in the weeds, with wait times stretching out and items like dough, pasta, and other fresh ingredients running low before we get a chance to replenish them.
To those who had a less-than-great experience with us this week, we're genuinely sorry. We hold ourselves to high standards, and when we fall short, it frustrates us just as much as it does you.
The good news? Weeks like this are the exception, not the rule. We're already reviewing what happened and looking at how we can better prepare for these unexpected surges in the future.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support us, show patience, and choose to spend your time with us. It never goes unnoticed.
And just to be clear—this post isn't aimed at anyone who had a disappointing experience. Quite the opposite. It's simply a heartfelt apology and a thank you for sticking with us while we navigate some very unpredictable weeks.
