π TWO SPECIALS LAUNCHING TOMORROW π
Or should I say tuna specials launching tomorrow? One is the return of THE MEDITERRANEAN TUNA ONE on pain de mie. Tuna, garlicky and lemony homemade aioli, red onion, capers, seasoned tomatoes, cucumber and rocket on beautiful fluffy and crusty pain de mie. It's a classic and it's back!
And secondly, it's my take on a tuna melt. I reckon I've eaten more tuna melts than most human beings alive today. And I've not just made one, I've made the best one I've ever eaten. It's still got the tuna, homemade aioli, red onions and capers. But grill that on fresh rosemary and sea salt focaccia with melted provolone, and sweet lord it's just INCREDIBLE. This is THE GRILLED MEDITERRANEAN TUNA ONE.
