Terms & Conditions
Ordering
Orders can be placed via e-mail, telephone, or my page. All the specifications and finer details of your order will be discussed, confirmed, and recorded. Ideally, I require 10 days’ notice for your order. Please still enquire as I may be able to fit you
in. Payment
Payment can be made upon collection or when delivered in person, I accept cash or BACS (please contact me for bank details prior to collection). A non-refundable deposit will be requested upfront for bespoke orders. Alterations
Please notify me as soon as possible after ordering if you would like anything changing and this can be no later than 14 days prior to the date that the order/s are required. This is dependant on the product you have ordered as some are made closer to the required date but get in touch as soon as you know of any alterations required as they may or may not be possible. Cancellation
Please inform me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If I have already started the order and am unable to use it for another customer or it is already completed, a fee will have to be charged to cover time and ingredients, which I hope you understand. Ideally please let me know no later than 10 days of the required date. If you would like to discuss a cancellation, you can speak to me first to see if it is possible without a fee being incurred. Should I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control I will refund any payment already made, however this would be in extreme circumstances and I would give as much notice as possible to you. Special Requests & Dietary Requirements
Upon request I can make “free from” products. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any dietary needs. I cannot guarantee that my products are completely allergen free for highly sensitive people as the ingredients are used in my domestic kitchen, however, please check the product labels for a full breakdown of ingredients and note the allergens and any warning notices in bold. Leanne’s Naughty Nibbles cannot be held responsible for a customer/s disliking certain flavours or taste preferences as these are out of my control. No refund will be given in this instance. Collection
Orders can be collected from my home address which will be given to you. Please let me know when you plan to collect. Leanne’s Naughty Nibbles will not be held liable for any damage to the product/s once the customer has collected them. Delivery
Leanne’s Naughty Nibbles will not be liable for any damage to the product/s once they have left the premises, unless I am delivering the product/s myself, at which point the liability for damage remains mine until the customer takes the product/s from me. Delivery via the Royal Mail - all products will be packaged as safely and securely as deemed appropriate to prevent damage prior to being sent to you. If however your product/s are damaged upon arrival to you, please photograph the damage and get in touch with me to discuss what action can be taken and if a partial refund may be given.
