Love Nutritious Food provides hand prepared nutritious ready meals to enjoy in your your own home or whilst on holiday. I use local, seasonal ingredients to create nourishing, flavourful meals which are balanced and delicious. The range changes with the seasons to optimise the best flavours and nutritional benefits. Meals are freshly prepared in small batches and frozen, The range includes mains

, sides and sweet treats that can be cooked from frozen and therefore ready to heat and eat when you are! Delivery or collection is available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
