I started M L MEAT SERVICES in July 2024, where i focus on providing high-quality services for Game meat, including Pheasant, Partridge, Pigeon, Duck and when possible wild boar aswell as other butchery and slaughter services.

ML MEAT SERVICES IS NOW MOBILE

It’s great to finally see all the hard work, long hours and investment starting to pay off.

ML Meat Services is now fully mobile with our purpose-built refrigerated chiller trailer, complete with a heavy-duty A-frame and rail system, built to meet Food Standards Agency requirements and maintain the cold chain from start to finish.

A massive thank you to Les and the team at Holden Engineering, and Buffalo Trailers, for making this amazing trailer a reality from start to finish. The workmanship and attention to detail have been absolutely first class, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

This is another huge step forward for ML Meat Services and means we can provide an even more complete professional service directly on farm — from slaughter and dressing through to chilling, transport and butchery.

A big investment for a small business, but one that I’m incredibly proud to finally have on the road.

And of course, thank you to every farmer, customer and friend who continues to support and recommend ML Meat Services. Without that support, investments like this simply wouldn’t happen.

Onwards and upwards. 💪

As many of you know, Matt is the CEO, head butcher, and the dedicated ONE-MAN team behind ML Meat Services. He takes great pride in delivering every order to the highest possible standard. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you remember quality products especially local game meats require TIME, careful planning, and preparation! ML Meats is a small local business providing you top quality local game meats.
