As soon as I saw the new releases, that was me straight down to the to smash through them.

When using more interesting wood types, striking the balance between the peat, and getting enough cask influence to showcase that wood is an art form that’s rarely executed well.

There are 2 types of locals in the old town of Lindos… the cats, and the cat lovers.

It’s genuinely heartwarming to see how much love these people have for the cats that share their town. The locals often share stories of how the cats freely move in and out of their shops and restaurants, like they belong there. Almost every doorstep has a little bowl of food and water, or a stash of cat biscuits nearby, just to make sure they are all cared for. Truly beautiful humans. ❤️
