Let me introduce myself properly 😊

My name is Tiew and this is my story. I’m originally from Bangkok, Thailand, and I now proudly call Southam, Warwickshire my home.

I studied and graduated before starting my career in the hotel industry building a solid background in Sales & Marketing, banquet sales, catering, and working closely with chefs in professional kitchen environments. Over the years I also gained experience in hotel management and hospitality across Thailand - learning that every kitchen has its own rhythm, its own flavour, its own soul.

But the cooking that truly shaped me? That happened long before any hotel kitchen.

Growing up in Lampang, Northern Thailand, I learned to cook beside my mum's noodle shop where I spent my childhood chopping chilies, preparing ingredients and watching her cook bowl after bowl of perfect noodles and Thai chicken rice.

After moving to Southam, I spent a few years working as an Early Years Practitioner nurturing little ones by day, and cooking Thai food for friends and family by occasion. It was their encouragement and my deep passion for authentic Thai cuisine that inspired me to finally share my cooking with the wider community.

And so, Tiew’s Thai Table was born. 🌿
I cook just as I do for my own family, fresh, full of flavour and made with passion. Every meal is prepared in small batches to ensure quality, authenticity, and the true taste of Thailand.

🔯 SECRET HOME DINING EXPERIENCE
An intimate private dining experience right here in my home - a journey from a little shop in Thailand, all the way to our table in Southam. Perfect for small groups wanting something truly special and personal.

👩‍🍳 THAI COOKING CLASSES - Coming soon!
Learn to cook authentic Thai dishes from scratch. Small, hands-on classes where you’ll discover the flavours, techniques, and stories behind the food.

Classes will be held on Mondays, subject to date availability and advance booking. I arrange each session around your schedule, so please get in touch early to secure your preferred date! Interest is already building. I truly cannot wait to cook with you! 🌿

To start, I’ll be open on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only). As demand grows, I hope to expand to Thursday and Friday evenings too so there will be even more opportunities to enjoy authentic Thai food right here in Southam!

🌿 One Month of Secret Dining and My Heart is So Full 🙏🇹🇭

Just one month ago, I opened the doors of Tiew’s Thai Table and welcomed my very first Secret Dining guests.

Since then, so many wonderful people have sat around my table, shared food, laughter, stories, and created beautiful memories together. Looking back at these photos fills me with gratitude.

To every guest who trusted me, supported my small business, left a review, recommended me to a friend, or simply enjoyed an evening with me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Every dish has been cooked with love, using recipes and techniques I learned from my mum growing up in Lampang, Northern Thailand. Bringing those flavours and traditions to Southam has been a dream come true.

There have been early mornings, late nights, and plenty of hard work behind the scenes, but seeing your smiles around my table has made every moment worthwhile. 🌸

This is only the beginning of the Tiew’s Thai Table journey, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful guests supporting me along the way.

One of Northern Thailand’s most beloved dishes, Nam Prik Ong originates from the ancient Lanna Kingdom. This rich tomato and pork chilli dip is gently simmered with aromatic spices and traditionally served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

A heartfelt thank you to Steve and friends 🙏🏽

What a lovely evening it was welcoming Steve and friends to Tiew's Thai Table for the very first time.

It was a pleasure to host you all and share authentic Thai food inspired by my mum's recipes from Thailand. Seeing everyone enjoying the food, conversation and atmosphere around the table made my evening.

As a small family business, every booking means so much, and I'm especially grateful that Steve has already booked to return on 11th July. That truly is the greatest compliment I could receive. 🙏🥰
