I'm a Cordon Bleu trained chef with 19 years experience who loves teaching people to cook from scratch with real skills, growing organic produce in my back garden and taking care of my family including my hens! Ally is a passionate Cordon Bleu trained chef and teacher who loves cooking from scratch using organic locally grown and fresh produce wherever possible. From there, went into teacher train
ing and worked her way up to be the Head Teacher of a Cordon Bleu accredited culinary academy. Also head of procurement, she secured an award for sustainability for the academy in 2017. In 2019 She moved to Texas with her husband and created a successful baking company, and ended up baking British classics and selling hundreds of beautiful pies to the good people of Fort Worth. Now back in the UK with two beautiful babies and after a year of managing a charity bakery, now finding her way back into teaching. Ally teaches people how to cook from scratch, using fresh, good quality ingredients to make delicious dinners in the most time efficient way. Ally loves to grow her own beautiful organic fruit and veggies, as well as keeping hen for eggs and looking forward to investing in a beehive in the next year. Whenever she is not out pottering in her garden, you’ll find her globe trotting with her little family, to foodie destinations with a view, whether it’s forest or beaches, mountains or vast plains, as long as there is something delicious to eat, family by her side and some outdoors to explore, she’ll be happy!
