Run out of time in the day to eat a healthy, homecooked meal? We are a CIC based in Southampton using surplus food to create homecooked meals, delivered to your door! We offer a varied menu whilst catering to allergies and dietary requirements such as vegan, low carb and gluten free. Starting up during the 2020 COVID lockdowns as a way to reach the community and help tackle food poverty and isolat

ion during that time, Easy Tz Meals expanded to start trading officially in July 2020 and has become an official Community Interest Company as of 5th January 2022. Becoming a CIC means that profits made will go back into the team and community! We offer training to our volunteers, we donate meals and we are lucky enough to have gained our first apprentice, who will recieve her first qualifications thanks to your orders and donations. Did you know last week was ?
What fun timing for us to be sending out some super packed lunch boxes this week with three homemade salads in!

🍊 Orange and Parsley dressed chickpeas and couscous salad
🍅 Chilli and coriander tomato and spring onions salad
🫜 Mint, honey and balsamic roasted beets with feta!

What? Just because it's my birthday tomorrow when I will be delivering these lunch packs doesn't mean I've got a full week off work 👩🏻‍🍳

These super salads are being served with fruit and our homemade crunchy cookies, perfect for lunchtime events 🍪

Then why not try joining us for a seated Pilates class Thursdays at the Hilldene Centre in West End?

We are a chatty, welcoming bunch, where everyone is supporting each other to be the nest versions of themselves they can.

You're also welcome to stay after for a chat and a cuppa to get to know everyone.
