Chilli Salt & Pepper Chicken Bites 🍗✨
 
Deep-fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
In a wok or pan, fry garlic, spring onions, and red chilli. Add the chicken back in, season with salt & pepper, then finish with a splash of Shaoxing cooking wine.
Simple, crunchy, and delicious.
 
P.S. These chicken bites can also be used for Hong Kong-style chicken 🤤
