Another lovely evening with New Forest Wellbeing CIC and the 18 to 25 group, so nice to see some regular faces and new ones too .

Everyone has a story and so nice that people can chat if they want or not, make friends or not, it's such a kind and welcoming group.

It's lovely to be a part of it.

Thanks for coming guys and for being yourself and being brave and for just being there.

If you want to be part of this amazing kind group just contact Mark at New Forest Wellbeing and as well as coming here once a month throughout the year, there are other activities too.

What a beautiful Sturgeon Moon event this evening.

There was something really special about the evening — spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature, animals and lovely people as the evening settled in around us.

A huge thank you to Jen from New forest, nature and nurture for sharing her knowledge, stories and wisdom with us. And thank you to every single person who came along. You each brought something special to the evening and made it what it was.

It was especially lovely to welcome back some familiar faces and to meet so many new ones too.

Our Sturgeon Moon event was SOLD OUT, so if you missed this one and fancy joining us next time, keep an eye on the page…

Next up… our Halloween evening!🎃

Thank you for another magical evening here at Slowhayes Alpacas and Slowhayes Nature Retreat

Here are some photos of the evening, if you took some too, please share them on here too as would love to see them .

As usual, Ben decided it was all about him today! 😂🐑💕

Jack did manage to get a little bit of a look-in, while Maisie and Poppy were quite happy watching all the attention from a safe distance!

Ben, meanwhile, was thoroughly spoilt by these lovely ladies with plenty of cuddles and even a massage. I think it’s safe to say he was in his element!

Happy sheep, happy ladies and a lovely time had by everyone.

Such a lovely afternoon here today.

Afternoon tea surrounded by the alpacas, lots of chatting and laughter, and just a really relaxed, happy atmosphere.

I love seeing people simply enjoying being here, slowing down for a while and taking in the animals and the peaceful surroundings.

A lovely afternoon with lovely people.

Look who is getting in on the photo 🤣🦙

Thank you for coming today.

A really lovely morning here at Slowhayes Alpacas with Mark and the New Forest Wellbeing group.

Today wasn’t just about walking the alpacas — it was about being able to simply come as you and connect with like minded people .

No judgement, just
Kindness and understanding

Time spent outdoors in nature

Gentle connection with the alpacas

People supporting one another

Plenty of smiles and laughter

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, and it was wonderful to see people relax and enjoy the experience.

I’m really pleased to be able to support Mark at New Forest Wellbeing CIC and, in our own small way, help support people within our local community.

Sometimes a little time in nature, around animals and good people, can mean an awful lot.

You never know what is behind a smile or what is going on in other people's life.

Thanks everyone for bringing yourself, your smiles, for being brave and facing your fears.

You did it! 😀

What a lovely afternoon we had at Slowhayes Alpacas today! 🦙

We welcomed some wonderful guests for Afternoon Tea, including guests using wheelchairs. We’re pleased to say that Slowhayes is wheelchair friendly. There is just a small area of gravel to cross, but once through, you can relax and enjoy the animals, fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

And as if the afternoon wasn’t special enough, a little robin came to join us at the end. This little robin joins me for breakfast most mornings.

Such a lovely way to finish the day.

Anyone else have a little Robin that visits them often?
