28.5lbs down, and I’m ready for fight night🥊
Consistency, training and meal prep is key
This journey started 28th December at 17st12.5, today I am 15st12 and has been one of the toughest I’ve been through. I hit a rough patch physically and mentally but I pulled myself out of it and got my head straight. There were moments of doubt, days where I struggled, but I refused to quit. I trained my ass off pushed through the setbacks, and put everything into this. Got my fitness 1000x better than it was.
No matter what happens on March 15th, to myself, I’m already a winner because I made it through all of this. The weight loss, the training, the discipline, the mental battles I fought through it all, and that alone is a victory
And a huge shoutout to my coach Steven Clough for his guidance, support with my weekly check ins and belief in me.
I couldn’t have done this without you all.
This is just step 1. I’ll be continuing to get down to 80kg after this fight, and better my health and life even more 🔥🔥🔥
Now, it’s time to step in that ring and give it everything. Let’s go! 🔥👊
Ps, don’t know why I look so angry in the first pic, maybe because it’s so red 🤣
Thanks to Zara Harrold for putting up with my shadow boxing late at night before bed while your watching eastenders 🔥🤣
