What a wedding celebration for Simon and Phill on Saturday at Coppermines Mountain Weddings 🥂🎉

Guests were welcomed with an incredible selection of canapés including Yorkshire puddings, halloumi bites, Indian favourites, and smoked salmon which was the perfect start to a fantastic day.

For the main event we served up lamb and hog roast with all the trimmings meaning plenty of happy plates all round! 🍽️

Desserts included profiteroles and lemon tarts before we fired things back up later in the evening with a barbecue to keep the celebrations going well into the night 🔥

The feedback from Simon and Phill was amazing, they were absolutely thrilled with both the food and the excellent service from our team, which always means the world to us.

Congratulations again to you both and thank you for letting us be part of such a brilliant day ❤️

The 21st June marks the official start of summer, and honestly, there’s nothing better than spending it outdoors with good food and good company. ☀️🐷

A freshly cooked feast, a few drinks in hand, the smell of the BBQ in the air and everyone gathered round enjoying themselves. That’s what summer is all about.

Whether it’s a garden party, wedding, birthday or just an excuse to get friends and family together, a proper good meal always makes the day feel special.

A fantastic catering event for IKO PLC UK this week as they booked us to feed 80 people as a thank you to their hardworking team 👏🍽️

The menu included something for everyone with brisket, lamb, chicken, potatoes, mixed fries, Greek salad, skewers, cheesecake, profiteroles and a full drinks package! We even threw in some of our delicious mixed salad as well 🥗🔥

A brilliant afternoon with great food and a great atmosphere. Thank you to IKO for choosing us to be part of it 🙌

Donna booked us on Tuesday to cater for 100 staff members to celebrate the school receiving an Outstanding result on their recent visit which is such a fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved 👏

Catherine booked us for a Hog Roast with potatoes for 12 guests to celebrate her birthday. After having one of our hog roasts at her wedding and loving it so much, they decided it was the perfect choice for another special occasion ❤️

World Cup parties are about 4 weeks away… 🏆 🐷

It always starts with “just a few people round” and before you know it the drinks are out, and everyone’s fully invested from kick off to final whistle.
