🍽️ Meal inspiration: pan-fried salmon with lemon butter

Pan-fry a fresh salmon fillet until golden, then serve with buttery new potatoes, seasonal greens and a squeeze of lemon. It’s quick, colourful and full of flavour.

Pick up your salmon from Peets Plaice in Churchtown or order online.

Product spotlight: Southport brown shrimps 🦐

A much-loved local delicacy, packed with rich flavour and closely connected to our coastline. They’re delicious served simply on warm toast, stirred through pasta or enjoyed as part of a special seafood spread.

Ask Kevin and the team about availability when you visit.
