As we get ready for another Royal Highland Show next week, we’ve been looking back through the photos from our previous stands🌿🦌

We’ve been exhibiting a number of times before, sampling our charcuterie to the crowds, meeting wonderful customers, and even having the honour of welcoming Princess Anne to our stand👑

One of the best parts is seeing how much the family has grown over the years. Swipe through and you’ll spot our girls helping out when they were teenagers and the boys a few years ago🤎

Our six children have always been an important part of the business, they’ve been involved every step of the way🦌

We can’t wait to be back at the Show, sharing our charcuterie and catching up with familiar faces. And as always there will be some Baak youngsters helping out this year again😊

What treats do you take in your pockets?

We’ve taken our much-loved pepperoni sticks and made something a little bit special. Made with a blend of Scottish pork and wild venison, we’ve added a hint of fennel and given them a little more heat than our regular venison pepperoni for an extra punch of flavour 🤎

Rich, savoury and perfectly snackable, they’re ideal for popping in your pocket before a hill walk, in your lunchbox, or enjoying alongside a cold beer 🍻

After the fantastic response to our last small batch, we’ve made another run of our pure wild venison chorizo with no pork casing.

Packed with flavour, made with local sustainably sourced wild venison and completely pork-free, these have been one of our most requested products since they sold out a few months ago🤎
