Glen Spean Brewing Co. is growing — and we’re looking for two enthusiastic people to join our team here in Spean Bridge.

👨‍🔧 Brewer (Full time) £31 - £36k (DOE and targets)
We’re seeking an experienced commercial brewer to help shape the future of our award winning beers. You’ll take responsibility for brewing, quality, planning, and innovation.
Accommodation may be available on-site and you’ll be working in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Scotland.

🍻 Brewery Assistant (Seasonal Full time / Winter Part time) £26 - £28k pro rata
Perfect for someone enthusiastic, practical, and eager to learn. This is a physically active, hands on role supporting all aspects of brewing, packaging, cleaning, stock, and taproom service. A great opportunity to grow into a permanent role with brewing qualifications.

Our Production Manager Charlie Troman is off on an amazing adventure cycling from the top of Ben Nevis Scotland to Ben Nevis in Tasmania...(yep..you heard that right!!) The 25,000 km journey is planned to take eight months and will raise money for local Lochaber charity Ewen's Room who do fantastic work supporting mental health and wellbeing. We’re looking for an Assistant Brewer to work alongside our Brewer to play a vital role in crafting exceptional beer, ensuring quality and consistency every step of the way.
