🍯 Come and taste the Seasons of Staffordshire in Honey this Saturday! 🐝

We’ll be at Tixall Food & Produce Market this Saturday morning, 10:30am–1pm, with FREE HONEY TASTINGS. Tixall Village Hall, Tixall, https://maps.app.goo.gl/KRbd6zAzkNrUHmmb7

Come and discover just how different our four main local honeys can taste — from our light, floral Summer Wildflower Honey through to the richer, distinctive Cannock Chase Heather Blend, with plenty more to try in between.

Same bees. Same beekeeper. Different places and different times of year — and remarkably different honey. Handmade pure beeswax candles, Seasonal Collections Honey triple packs and Christmas Gift sets too, all your bee related needs covered.

Now available after the first summer harvest. Cut Comb Honey and Chunk Honey.
Cut Comb is exactly what it says… pices of honeycomb drawn out by thousands of bees working together then filled with honey, and cut those same combs with the minimum of human intervention, straight to you, wax sealed by the bees and as fresh as when they made it. A real artisan delicacy. Honey like your grandparents use to have.
Chunk Honey is selected off cuts from the cut comb creation process placed in jar of clear summer wildflower honey so that nothing beautiful is lost. Popular with those who love a mix of light runny honey and that delicate texture of the untouched comb and the untouched honey within.
Both available from the the stand at Heath Cottage Honey and from Great Haywood Dental Practice ( sssssh, don’t tell the dentist! 😉)
