It is getting to that very busy time of year so to ward off any coughs and colds I am enjoying a warming honey and lemon drink 🐝🍯🍋.
For added health benefit I have added some honey fermented ginger, garlic and apple 🥰

Fermented garlic is wonderful! We have made lots of different honey ferments in the past few months and they make great additions to stir fries, salad dressings, drinks and desserts. Our favourites are garlic, chilli, lemon, ginger and turmeric but we have experimented with various berries, citrus and other fruits 😊🍋🧄🫚🍊🌶
