Flip it, stack it, drizzle it… it’s nearly Pancake Day! 🥞
We’ve whipped up a fluffy, dairy‑free recipe using Pure Dairy Free Buttery Taste that’ll make your pancake game to the next level. Flip your way to happiness with the full recipe below! 👇
You will need:
300 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
250ml plant milk
3 tablespoons Pure Dairy Free Buttery Taste
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Then add the milk, Pure Dairy Free Buttery Taste, egg and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
Preheat a pan to medium heat and coat the pan with some more Pure Dairy Free Buttery Taste.
Pour about ⅓ cup batter onto the pan for each pancake. Allow it to cook until bubbles are visible throughout the pancake before flipping.
Repeat until all batter has been used.
Top with your chosen toppings...enjoy!
