What's not to love about cheesecake!

Here is a recent Oreo cheesecake I knocked up for a special 40th birthday treat for my partner!

With a smooth chocolate and vanilla filling with Oreos mixed in, crushed Oreo base, and topped with caramel Oreos and hand whipped cream you can't go wrong! πŸͺ

The amount of Oreos I got through creating this cheesecake was unbelievable but so worth it for the taste!

My first time baking victoria sponge from scratch and I am impressed by the outcome!

These were super fluffy and delicious with the buttercream and strawberry jam, topped with a single strawberry for that finishing touch πŸ“

I made these for my dad to so I used this alternative to decorate on top, next time these will be getting a drizzle of white chocolate to, so keep your eyes peeled for my next ones!

These went down an absolute treat and my daughter particularly enjoyed hers, grazing on it throughout the day during our lovely time in the park for the Whit walks and service.
