🎃 Pumpkin Olive Oil Cake season is officially here. 🍂✨

Soft, warmly spiced and made extra moist with vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil — then topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting. Basically, autumn in cake form. 🤎

For the cake:
🎃 125g plain flour
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
🥄 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
🍂 ½ tsp cinnamon
🍂 1¼ tsp pumpkin spice
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🤍 100g caster sugar
🤎 50g soft brown sugar
🎃 225g pumpkin purée
🫒 120ml vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🥚 2 large eggs
✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon cream cheese frosting:
🤍 115g full-fat cream cheese
🤍 240g icing sugar
🍂 ¾ tsp cinnamon

Whisk the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, combine the olive oil, sugars, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined.

Pour into a lined 20cm round cake tin and bake at 180°C / 160°C fan for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

Allow to cool completely.

For the frosting, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Sift together the icing sugar and cinnamon, then gradually beat into the cream cheese until creamy. Spread generously over your cooled cake.

Save this one for your first proper autumn baking day. 🎃🍂

New favourite starter unlocked. 🤌🫒 Marinated Mozzarella — ridiculously easy, absolutely delicious, and made for entertaining.

All you need:
🤍 Mozzarella balls or bocconcini
🌿 Fresh chopped parsley + basil
🌶️ Chili flakes (optional)
🧄 Minced garlic
🧅 Diced red onion
🍅 Minced sun-dried tomatoes
🧂 Salt + pepper to taste
🫒 And PLENTY of good-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from vomFASS

Mix it all together, let those flavours mingle, and DONE. ✨

Pink, refreshing, and alcohol-free. This Grapefruit Hugo is giving us every last bit of summer in every sip. ☀️

For 1 glass:
🍊 60 ml **Hugo Zero**
🍊 50 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
🍋 10 ml fresh lime juice
🌿 6–8 fresh mint leaves
🧊 Lots of Ice
🍊 Grapefruit or lime to garnish

Add everything to your glass with plenty of ice, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Pro tip: Lightly clap the mint between your hands to release the aroma before adding it to your glass.
