🔥Al Pastor......sort of...🔥
Live Fire Asado Roasted Pork Belly cooked in Tubby Tom Taco Dust and basted throughout the cook with a coriander brush soaked in pineapple juice, vinegar and a blend of herbs and spices all over the live fire and the Kadai - Original Barbecue & Fire Pit Combination fire pit.
Served with creamed bacon, jalapeno and corn finished off with pickled red onions, coriander and a squeeze of lime all served on an Old El Paso UK Tortilla Nachips
Thanks to Scott's Backyard and Scott's of Southend Garden Centre for having me again and I look forward to the next one on the 1st August.
