Throwback to our Ranson Inspiration baking demonstration with master baker Thomas Soccoja and Grand Moulins de Paris.

A fantastic day with Grand Moulins de Paris & their talented baker Thomas Soccoja, who delivered an inspiring hands on demonstration showcasing the quality & versatility of their flours.
From technique to the incredible finished bakes, it was a great opportunity to see the products in action & taste the results!
