We are absolutely thrilled to report that our wines are now part of the wine list and wine collection at Gravetye Manor in West Sussex.
Gravetye is a hidden a gem of a restaurant, hotel and gardens designed originally by William Robinson. It is a truly special place to visit, to stay and to eat and drink.

We are absolutely thrilled to release our very first red wine from Dillions Vineyard. This is Dillions Noir 2023. It is a very very small batch of wine made from our Cab Noir and Pinot Noir vines, harvested in 2023. The wine spent just under a year in oak barrels. It is full of cherry and plum flavours but with a touch of savoury after notes. We are thrilled with it. A huge thank you to Poppy and the team for all their help and guidance.
The wine will be available to buy on our website in the next few days and at the various Farmers and Xmas markets where we will be appearing over the next few weeks.

We have a new arrival!! We have a treat in store, just in time for Christmas. All will be revealed on Monday ……………………………….

We will be harvesting our delicious grapes during mid to late September and early October. Everything is advanced by about 3 weeks this year! We are actively looking for volunteers who would like to spend a day in the vineyard helping us pick the fruit. We
will hold four or five different picking days depending on the grape variety and their ongoing ripeness. The first pick is likely to be on or around 11 September.

We are holding another Volunteers Working Day this coming Thursday in our lovely vineyard. All help very welcome!! Bring a packed lunch - and yes, a hat and some sun-cream. It is going to be warm!!!
