Hi to everyone.
Happy New Year - if it’s not too late to say that.

We have been a little quiet on here as we enjoyed Christmas and New Year with our families after the final batch of 2024 was made.

We have the following available from that batch….

Winter Mead - x3 500ml
Winter Gin
Elderflower Gin

Three varieties of our Vodka liqueurs.

If you would like anything to try please do let me know.

We will soon be working on our first batch of 2025 and will keep you posted with flavour choices etc.

***Stock Update***

After selling out of our Late Autumn Early Batch (thanks again for your support and orders) we quickly turned our attention to our 3B Winter/Christmas batch and getting it ready, filtered and bottled well in time for Christmas.

We again have been blown away by the orders from

UPDATE

Our Autumn/Winter batch is almost ready for second filer and bottling.

And we have also put another batch on that will be ready in time for the party season of Christmas and New Year.

And there may be a rumour going round that we have also added to our cider collection, with Wine and maybe, just maybe some Gin.
