Do you know the story of how we came up with our Elagh Hill Dairy Logo?? 🤔

Ronan’s sister Grace, took this photo of their Daddy, James (but known locally in these parts as Seamus), bringing in the cows one morning for milking.🐄🐄🐄

The lone farmer’s reflection is often a quiet dialogue with time and the land. His numerous constitutionals across the fields provides space to mull over the hard seasons, offering deep solitude and a true respect for nature. 💭

Through decades of observing the seasons, comes a hard-earned work ethic, grit, resilience and patience along with the reward of tending to the animals all whilst providing a vital food source for the nation…just as his own Daddy did, and his before that and for many more generations before them too. 👦🧔‍♂️👴👨‍🌾

That’s the traditional essence we wanted to portray in our branding for Elagh Hill Dairy and we think that John from New Graphics did a brilliant job of capturing our vision with our fantastic signage. Highly recommend John for his efficiency and quick turnaround. Check out his page 👍🎨🖌️

Thank you so much to everyone who called in over our opening weekend ! We are blown away by your support, gorgeous feedback and custom! 🙌

We loved meeting some of you in person and reading your lovely comments and well wishes in our visitors book too! 🤗

We got to meet neighbours we never knew we had and welcomed people from as far away as Italy! 🤩

What started out as a tiny idea has now come to fruition and we appreciate every single person that calls in to check out our wee agri-business, buy our dairy produce and support local farming! 💪🏻

We’ll be restocking the fridge and freezer with more of our delicious ice-cold creamy milk and ice cream too! 🥛🍨
