Once again the shed is open, and it has my all time favourite pudding featured, treacle tart. A childhood favourite, that my grandma made all the time, it's such a nostalgic bake for me. There will only be a limited amount of slices!

Autumn 🍂 seems like it has well and truly arrived today, although I'm not to sure about all this rain! The cake shed cosy vibes are coming along nicely, from puddings being on offer at times (keep an eye out for this week's menu 👀), to foraged fruit from my family farm, it's one of the best foodie times of the year.

The crunchie brownie roll is one of the stars 🌟 of this week. A classic chocolate brownie studded with crushed crunchies and crunchie rocks, rolled up with lashing of crunchie spread, and coated in milk chocolate. Each slice is pure indulgence 😍

WEEK 11 SPOTLIGHT 💡

It's a new one in the shed this week, but it's a twist on the previously featured jammy dodger tiffin. I've taken one of the nation's favourite sweets, and made it into a percy pig 🐖 tiffin. There is a percy pig sandwich biscuit as the base, with pieces throughout the white chocolate. Lemon zest gives a bit of zing to the chocolate, with piglets too! Finally, topped with a disc of ruby chocolate in the shape of percy (I knew the percy pig ice cube tray would come in handy at some point!)
