Hi all, it's about time to actually introduce myself! I'm Ella, 26, and I kind of live and breathe cakes these days! My family is Stewkley born and bred, and multiple generations of home bakers have come before me, mainly based around the family farm (which my uncle stills runs with some help from myself and my mum). And when I'm not in the kitchen or on the farm, you will find me either at training in Bedford, or some corner of the UK competing with . I have been an active member since 2021, winning multiple English and British & Irish championships, and representing England and Team GB at The World Games and multiple world championships. Over the last couple of years, as a club we managed to win 2x🥈medals as Bedford and 1x🥉medal as an England team 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.

This beauty was in the shed over the weekend, so unfortunately you might have missed out on this one. A shortbread base, topped with blueberries and dollops of my homemade blueberry jam, and sprinkled with a cinnomony crumble topping. I don't know how anyone managed to grab a piece away from my family!

It is run on an honesty system, so you can help yourself to your bakes, and then payment can be made by cash or via the card machine inside the shed.

All items come individually priced and packaged with their ingredients/allergens list.

Please bring a bag for your goodies with you 🛍 (1'm trying to reduce single use waste where can!)

This week it's all about my Biscoff Blondie. A base laden with lashings of white chocolate, both in the mixture and added in, swirled through with massive dollops of biscoff spread and chunks of lotus biscuits.
