For me, success comes from discipline, routine, and the lifestyle choices made every single day.
Over 3 years ago, at my heaviest, I was over 15 stone — and that became the turning point in my life. Through consistent gym training, a spell of combat training, and becoming a dad, I decided it was time to limit drinking, cut out bad habits, and take control of my lifestyle. Those changes alone helped me lose over 22kg to start with and completely changed the direction I was heading in.
But this wasn’t an overnight success or some quick fix.
It was years of consistency, discipline, setbacks, learning, and showing up even on the hard days.
Of course life still happened — nights out, events, weekends off track, bad weeks with food — but one thing never stopped: my training.
I replaced old habits with a new addiction — self-improvement.
Being surrounded by like-minded people pushing for more completely changed my mindset. I learned quickly, just like in my old life, that you become a product of your environment — and that pushed me to level up even further.
Better structure. Better nutrition. Better habits. Better lifestyle.
That’s what truly changed everything.
After struggling to lose anything else and feeling stuck I then worked with Aaron at Macfit Coaching for over a year, where I dialled things in even more with structured training and nutrition. That next level of discipline helped me lose another 9kg and meant becoming the leanest, healthiest version of myself. 97kg > 65.9kg 💪🏻

What changed wasn’t just my body — it was my confidence, focus, discipline, and mental clarity. Tightening up my systems with food and training transformed not only my fitness, but also the way I approached business and life.
