Made in Aberdeenshire, these BBQ-style rubs are an easy way to add serious flavour to your favourite cuts from our counter.

🥩 Texas Ultimate Steak
A bold mix of pepper, garlic and salt. Perfect with our rump steaks, sirloins and ribeyes, or sprinkled over plain burgers.

🐄 Dirty Cow

Rich, peppery and slightly smoky, with coffee and chipotle. Ideal for building a flavoursome crust on brisket and slow-cooked roasting joints, and great on burgers too.

🍔 Sweet Bones & Butts

The sweetest of the three, with maple and caramelised flavours. Try it lightly seasoned on burgers for a sweet BBQ-style finish.

If your order is received by 1pm, we aim to ensure next-day delivery.

And if it’s over £80, enjoy UK Mainland delivery FREE on weekdays.

(For orders under £80, or all deliveries on Saturdays, there is a £9.95 delivery charge)

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to some parts of the Highlands, Northern Ireland, or any islands.

24C today. 20C tomorrow ☀️ The counter is set up for it.

• Full racks of pork ribs - BBQ and plain
• Boneless pork ribs as well - BBQ or Chinese spiced
• Pork loin chops, same two rubs - BBQ or Chinese spiced
• Spatchcock chickens in either smoky BBQ with spring onion or ginger, chilli and lemon

As well as spiced chicken breasts, amazing steak cuts, burgers, spices, sauces, and everything else you'll need.

A flat chicken cooks like a chicken should. Our spatchcocks have been opened out and pressed flat, so the whole bird sits level on the grill and the thighs finish around the same time as the breast.

The full rack of ribs rewards patience. Keep them off the direct heat first - they want time before they want heat.

Low and slow until the fat renders and the meat pulls easy, then a hot finish for that beautiful char.

There's a whole part of our range you can't order online.

You’ll find them only in our farm shop at Falleninch Farm, Dumbarton Road, Stirling, FK8 3AB (just in front of Stirling Castle).

Parking is free and there's plenty of it. Our butchers are happy to assist with any special requests where possible.

Delivery isn't going anywhere. We'll keep sending orders virtually anywhere on the UK mainland.

But if you're within driving distance of Stirling, there's more here than the site shows you.

Come down, have a proper look, fill the car.
