HELLO!!

Goshhhh wahhhh I have been sooo quite but in truth some reality I have enjoyed one of the best summers with my kiddies and have just soaked up every minute & day.

I am still here, cake shed remains but its been TOO hot so will come back for winter & ive been enjoying doing some wedding cakes.

I obviously still have my main job now so taking on cakes is a second choice but feel free to enquiry about you may want as we start approaching busy season of Halloween & Christmas seasons 🫶

I had the absolute pleasure of creating these giant 8-inch French Fancies for a beautiful wedding cake — a fun, nostalgic favourite turned into a seriously impressive centrepiece! 🎂✨

From the delicate sponge and buttercream to that iconic fondant finish, these were such a joy to make and definitely one of the more unusual wedding cake requests I’ve had! 🤍

I absolutely love creating cakes that are personal, playful and a little bit different. 🥰

Always challenging myself , and I always shock myself that I smash it.
