Yesterday, a large field fire occurred in the land surrounding our HBS Fuels yard.

We are pleased to confirm that HBS Fuels has not sustained any damage to our operational facilities, and it is business as usual. All scheduled fuel and LPG deliveries will continue as normal, and our office remains open to serve our customers.

We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, together with the supporting crews from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, for their outstanding professionalism, dedication, and swift response.

Around 50 firefighters attended the incident, working tirelessly in extremely challenging conditions to bring the fire under control and protect nearby properties and businesses. Their hard work, expertise and commitment were truly exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did.

We would also like to thank the local residents and neighbouring businesses for their support, concern and kind messages throughout the incident.
