After some time away to recharge and refocus, I'm excited to introduce my new venture: Chai & Spice

Many of you will remember Chai Village – a community café built around great food, conversation, and bold flavours. Although the café chapter ended, my passion for creating fresh, delicious food never did.

Over the past few months, I've been preparing meals for friends, family, and loyal customers. What started as a few orders quickly grew through word of mouth, and that's inspired me to take the next step.

Chai & Spice brings the vibrant flavours of Indian street food and traditional spices into fresh, homemade meals with a modern veggie & vegan fusion twist.
