🥩 NEW IN — WESTHOLME WAGYU 🥩

Something very special has landed with us for the first time.

🇦🇺 Westholme Wagyu — Queensland, Australia

This is F1 Wagyu, meaning a 50/50 cross between a full-blood Wagyu sire and a crossbred cow.

The cattle are Angus × Hereford × Brahman, bred to a 100% full-blood Wagyu bull, then finished for 350 days on grain.

And the result? Just look at that marbling. 🔥

Beautifully rich, intensely marbled and something we’re really excited to have behind the counter.

Our first Wagyu — and definitely not our last.
