📣 WE’RE HIRING! – PART-TIME WALK LEADER 🦙🐴

We’re looking for a confident, friendly and reliable Walk Leader to join the team at Wetley Moor Alpacas!

📅 Saturdays – 10am–3pm
Availability every Saturday is essential.

Additional shifts may also be available for holiday cover and during our busy October & December events.

The role includes:
🦙 Leading alpaca & donkey walks and experiences
👋 Welcoming and engaging with visitors
👥 Overseeing and directing our team of volunteers
❤️ Ensuring the health, welfare & safety of our animals
⚠️ Confidently dealing with any issues or unexpected situations

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has previous animal experience – essential
✔️ Has customer service experience – essential
✔️ Is confident speaking to and leading groups
✔️ Can stay calm and take charge in high-pressure situations
✔️ Is reliable, practical and happy working outdoors

Experience with livestock, alpacas or equines would be a bonus, but training will be provided.

Ideal for a university student with some experience in an animal care role and experience leading a team.
