I’ve really enjoyed making this port vale themed cake this week! Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream, what’s not to like! Can’t go wrong with dark chocolate Ganache too😋

Wicked inspired 3 tier chocolate caramel cake with vanilla buttercream 😋

Who’s seen the film recently? What an incredible masterpiece. I’m so excited for the second part and it was only right to make a cake inspired by it!😋

Happy new year sweet lovers!

What a hectic year 2023 was!

My first creation for 2024 was for my sisters birthday! Experimenting with new techniques and tried out some fondant again too! I think it turned out really well! 😁

What would you like to see me create next? What haven’t you seen me make yet? I’ve looked to see your comments and able to challenge myself!
