Hi everyone,
We never thought we would have to write something like this for a very long time, but it is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news that Andys mum, Mandy Jones, passed away at the weekend.
Her passing was completely unexpected, and we are all still in shock and utterly devastated.
Mum will leave an enormous hole in the lives of so many people, and we don’t think anyone could ever come close to filling it.
For the customers who had the pleasure of meeting her, you’ll know just how caring, loving and unforgettable she was. She was also our very own Del Boy she could sell you something even if you didn’t know you wanted it! She could practically sell ice in the Arctic. If we had anything left over at the end of an event, she would walk around with it and make sure every last bit was sold.
She helped us so much throughout the years, right from the very beginning of the business helping us get everything together and even staying until kicking-out time when we had our very first inspection. We will be eternally grateful for everything she did for us, and we are incredibly proud of her and all that she achieved.
To many people, she wasn’t simply a friend; she was so much more than that. She was family. We know she is going to be deeply missed by so many.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Mum. She always put other people before herself without a second thought. It didn’t matter what she was doing or how important it might have been if somebody needed her help, she would drop everything and be there for them. Nothing ever mattered more to her than her family and friends.
We are completely heartbroken and still struggling to comprehend what has happened. But as we continue with the business she helped us build, we know Mum will be right there with us in everything we do.
We love you Mum, and we will miss you more than words could ever express. ❤️
