E.J.PAYNE LEISURE was formed in the 1970's to meet the demand for a reliable local company to supply chemicals and equipment to a growing number of private and semi-commercial swimming pools in the local area. From this beginning we have gone on to become a national supplier to many hotel and private leisure groups as well as now offering a full package of design, build, maintenance and service of new and existing swimming pools and "wet leisure facilities".
