Today is a milestone day for H.H Jackson - The Catering Butcher, as 5th generation Lewis joins his dad Dave (4th generation) in the dispatch bays for the first time🤩

Some of you will recognise Lew from visiting our Factory Shop but today is the first day he joins the catering side of our operation as he continues to progress.

We are incredibly proud to be 100 years old this year and to still be family owned and operated is something that gives us immense satisfaction. We pride ourselves on keeping our core values that drive what we do, quality and service - this is something that has been passed down for a long time and will continue to be💙
