This is my Victoria Sponge.
Here's the recipe if you want to try it!
6oz of granulated sugar
6oz of self raising flour
6oz of margarine
1tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of milk
3 eggs

Method:
Weigh all dry ingredients then place into a bowl, then crack the eggs and put them into the bowl, with the baking powder and milk. Mix all together then place it into two circular tins. Make sure to grease the tins with some margarine!

Then bake for half an hour on 180 degrees.

Then leave to cool, and put jam of your choice inside, I used Strawberry, as that is the traditional one used.
