This beautiful sparkling red wine from Modena, Italy, is a world away from the sweet Lambruscos many people remember. Dry, refreshing and lightly sparkling, it offers delicious flavours of raspberry, cherry and rosehip with a subtle hint of dark chocolate.

Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif or alongside pizza, charcuterie and cheeses.

Happy Fizz Friday! 🥂 So much love for Fitz Pink last weekend at Congleton Food & Drink Festival. Such a beautiful sparkling wine. I defy anyone not to love it if you like a dry rosé. Even the couple who didn’t like English wine as they tasted one they didn’t like, had to agree the Fitz Pink was good 👍🥂🍾🩷

Very excited 😍 about this new sparkling wine arriving soon. This is my photo whilst tasting the Cantalupo wine in the winery’s tasting room in April. Technically a red, but it looked (check the gorgeous colour) and tasted more like a delicious dry dark rosé with notes of cherry, red berries and a hint of chocolate! A lightly sparkling Frizzante Lambrusco made with the Grasparossa and Salamino grapes 🍇 from the Modena region. With a moderate 10.5% alcohol volume and a dry (Secco in Italian) 10g/l residual sugar taste, it was a pleasure to experience. Can’t wait to discover if it tastes just as good when it arrives here in the UK 🤞🏻
