We completely understand that mistakes can happen and genuine issues do arise with orders, and of course we’re always happy to resolve these where appropriate. ❤️

However, please be aware that dishonest or repeated refund claims are charged back to our small business — they don’t simply disappear into the Just Eat system.

We are now keeping records of addresses where we believe refund requests are being made dishonestly. Unfortunately, where we identify repeated or fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from that address.
